Aeroflex Announces Acquisition of MicroMetrics

Plainview, NY--Aeroflex Incorporated (Nasdaq: ARXX) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of privately-held MicroMetrics, Inc. of Londonderry, New Hampshire. MicroMetrics is a design and full service manufacturer of both standard and application specific RF/Microwave diodes and semiconductor devices.
