MicroMetrics is a fast-growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) startup that’s passionate about changing the real-time customer feedback landscape. We work with top brands in hospitality, retail, travel and other industries to create industry-leading products to analyze and respond to customer feedback.

We are seeking a high-energy, driven individual to join our sales team as an Account Executive for the EMEA region. Our ideal candidate is an organized self-starter who is able to build value-based relationships, provide demonstrated value and close new clientele.

This role focuses on creating and developing new business through client-facing demonstrations and account management throughout a pilot phase. During the pilot, Account Executives are responsible for initial account management, regular communication with clients regarding platform usage and ensuring high customer conversion. Experience in SaaS Sales, SaaS Customer Success, or SaaS business development is considered an asset. If you’re looking to start or grow a career in technology and sales, this is the job for you!

Your primary responsibilities

– Close new business through direct and enterprise sales channels
– Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
– Demonstrate value through client-facing webinar demonstrations and in-pilot account management
– Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
– Assist clients in developing internal processes to effectively use Helix, following industry best practices to enhance guest satisfaction and online positioning
– Keep current on product features, advantages, benefits and selling points for effective communication
– Achieve sales targets and quotas set out by management
– Consistently update and organize CRM
– Additional administrative and/or sales tasks that may arise

Assets we’re looking for

– Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, etc.)
– Demonstrated experience in reaching sales quotas
– Fluency in other languages
– Experience selling and/or supporting software solutions
– Experience and/or interest in working with customer experience data to glean insights and demonstrate value
